If you ever need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we require a minimum of 4 hours notice. This allows us enough time to re-allocate the appointment with the hope of booking another customer in without wasting the spot, as appointments are limited.

If you cancel your appointment under the 4 hour window, 20% of the haircut price will be forfeited. If you wish to reschedule your cut under the 4 hour window, this can be done at no extra cost.

If you do not show for your appointment time with reasonable punctuality we will have to edit your service as to remain punctual for the rest of our patrons for the day. 

If you ‘no call - no show’ for an appointment we cannot issue you a refund as our time has been wasted as well as yours. We understand that extreme things can happen and we are all human, so please don’t hesitate to give us a call or come and talk to us in person so we can see what we can do for you.

If you ‘no call - no show’ for multiple appointments, we reserve the right to refuse future business.
